My message to you all...
It hasn't been long since our dear Pierre-Christian left us and already the vast emptiness fills our hearts, God chose to take him now. He who takes and gives, we pray to him for strength to get past this, but as you all pray and think of our dear brother think of this too….
There is nothing in this world that can bring our Pierre-Christian back… but believe me he lives in our spirits & hearts. If there is one thing PC managed to do, it was to show us the importance of staying in touch and being close. I always appreciated him for taking the time every week, every day, every hour to call each and every one of us…to make sure that the week had gone well or simply to hear our voices and let us know all was right. His devotion, tenderness, kind heart and ability to remind you right from wrong without judgment remains clear in my mind. It is hard to know that those calls won't come anymore. I was so proud of PC as am sure you all were… I talked of him to my friends all the time and secretly admired him for becoming such a mature and responsible Man. He had such charisma with a tinge of sarcasm that made his jokes so much funnier… and it did not bother me when he said I was a little fat because he would always follow with 'but you remain my very beautiful sister'… oh only God knows the reason he took him from us so soon, but we pray for him that the prayers that he did not have the chance to make himself, God will listen to and accept him at his right hand.

The hardest step has begun… we must however remain strong, close and courageous. PC would have wanted that from us all… In leaving us he took a part of each and every one of us with him, but he also left a part of himself… which we should cherish. He was not just a son, brother, cousin, nephew, grandson he was also a friend to most of us… a best friend even. He loved each and every one of us unconditionally and pained himself to let us know day in and out. He will be missed dearly but am sure he is looking down right now and saying to you and me "it is not goodbye, this is simply a 'see you later alligator'"...
And so the purpose of my message is to implore you all to pray for the repose of his soul but most importantly remember those virtues and what he chose to teach us all...the love of the family and the importance of being close. It is my understanding that during his short stay in Cameroon he took the time to visit everyone he possibly could... it was his way of saying GoodBye and reminding us of that message...
I love you all from the bottom of my heart. Please take care of yourselves and each other.
I say to PC... Thank you for reminding me the true meaning of love and family.
Be strong, have faith.
